What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of paralegal, legal operations, contracts, corporate governance, or comparable legal support experience
Comfort with contract lifecycle management tools, e-signature platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document management systems
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, judgment, and discretion with confidential information
Prior in-house legal department experience, ideally in startup, technology, aviation, or high-growth environment
Knowledge of aerospace regulations, aircraft ownership and registration, legal AI tools such as Spellbook, and notary public commission or willingness to become one
