About the role

What you’ll do
Manage billing throughout the member lifecycle, including invoice questions, refunds, offboarding billing, disputes, and chargebacks
Identify recurring billing issues and partner with internal teams to improve policies, processes, documentation, and tooling
Handle a high volume of requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need
1+ years of billing, payments, accounts receivable, or customer billing support experience
Experience with Stripe subscriptions, refunds, credit notes, and disputes
Sound judgment on when to follow a policy and when to escalate
Understanding of complex subscription lifecycle operations such as prorated upgrades/downgrades
Clear written communication and ability to explain billing events in plain language
Comfort working in a cross-platform, ticket-based environment (Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce)
