What you’ll do
Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable trading-platform technology
Build Java microservices and systems supporting the order lifecycle
Tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
Mentor, groom, and guide junior team members
Lead effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools
Solve complex and mission-critical problems with a hands-on approach
What you’ll need
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
Deep Java programming expertise with hands-on coding
Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Experience building distributed architecture systems with large data volumes and real-time distribution
Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps toolchains, test-driven agile delivery, and AI-assisted development tools with responsible AI practices
Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL stores, event-based architecture, Spring, AWS, and trading systems across the order lifecycle (OMS/EMS/FIX)
