About the role
Naviant seeks a UiPath Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using both traditional and agentic capabilities. What you’ll do
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Integrate automations with APIs and third-party systems
Apply development standards for secure, maintainable, scalable solutions
Collaborate with project leads and customer stakeholders
Troubleshoot technical dependencies and communicate risks
What you’ll need
Hands-on expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding
Familiarity with Maestro, IXP, and agentic orchestration
UiPath certification or equivalent competency
Working knowledge of VB.NET, C#, and/or Python
Experience with version control, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, logging, and security practices
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
