About the role

Fusable seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth for its risk intelligence solutions across enterprise accounts. This remote role involves managing post-sale customer lifecycles, building trusted advisor relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

Manage enterprise customer accounts throughout post-sale lifecycle
Develop customer success plans aligned with client goals
Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Identify risks and execute mitigation strategies for retention
Collaborate with Account Executives on expansion opportunities
Lead onboarding, implementation, and user training

What you’ll need

5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
Proven success driving retention and expansion
Knowledge of commercial insurance and transportation risk management
Experience with SaaS/DaaS or subscription-based solutions preferred
Strong communication and executive relationship skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
