About the role
This role connects Gallagher's business units with AI delivery teams, translating business needs into testable requirements and supporting AI initiatives from design through UAT in an audit-sensitive, regulated environment.
What you’ll do
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support AI initiatives through delivery, ensuring solutions are validated and traceable.
Own UAT strategy and test design, including edge cases and failure modes.
Manage backlogs, epics, and user stories in Azure DevOps or equivalent.
Coordinate across business units and technical teams to reconcile priorities.
Ensure alignment with business and regulatory compliance needs.
What you’ll need
3–5 years of business analyst experience, ideally in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to create analysis artifacts.
Experience owning UAT strategy and test design, including edge cases and failure modes.
Experience working in Agile teams and managing backlogs, epics, and user stories in Azure DevOps or equivalent.
Prior experience supporting delivery of AI/ML systems, such as RAG pipelines, conversational agents, or Copilot Studio-based solutions.
