Shield AI is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead complex executive and senior leadership searches for its Aircraft organization, partnering with business leaders and Talent Acquisition to identify and assess technical leaders across hardware, software, and operations.
What you’ll do
Own full search lifecycle for executive and senior leadership searches
Partner with business leaders and Talent Acquisition colleagues
Identify and assess leaders for technical and operational functions
Translate complex technical requirements into sourcing strategies
Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
Build diverse executive talent pipelines
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of progressive executive recruiting or search experience
Experience recruiting senior technical leaders across hardware, software, engineering, operations
Strong executive sourcing, market mapping, and assessment capabilities
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics
Experience recruiting cleared or clearance-eligible talent
