About the role
ATEC Spine is hiring a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and lifecycle management for data-driven capabilities within EOS Insight, translating surgeon and clinical needs into product opportunities and guiding cross-functional teams through validation, launch, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
Lead strategy, development, and lifecycle management of data-driven capabilities
Translate surgeon and clinical needs into product strategies and requirements
Guide cross-functional development, validation, launch, and adoption
Lead surgeon interviews, workflow discussions, and product demonstrations
Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions
Prioritize competing initiatives and drive projects to completion
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
4-6+ years of product management, product development, product marketing, digital health, med tech, or healthcare software experience
Ability to translate clinical, customer, market, and business needs into product strategies
Experience working with software development, data science, or engineering teams
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
