Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
10+ years of program management in defense/aerospace
Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting regulations
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
