What you’ll need
10+ years of product management experience with complex, long-lived platforms
Demonstrated depth in distributed systems, Web3, or financial infrastructure
Experience with BFT consensus, incentive mechanisms, and transaction lifecycles
Proven effectiveness in open-source or multi-stakeholder environments
Experience partnering with senior engineers and architects on foundational system design
Direct experience with Daml, Canton, or comparable protocol-level systems
