About the role
Booking Holdings is seeking a Senior Director to own the strategy, governance, investments, and outcomes for global Treasury, Procurement, Contract Lifecycle Management, and related enterprise platforms. The role leads international cross-functional teams and platform portfolios to deliver resilient, compliant, and value-generating enterprise systems.
What you’ll do
Own long-term platform strategy and operating model
Lead global Treasury, Source-to-Pay, and CLM platform portfolios
Manage cross-functional international teams and vendors
Drive governance, compliance, and value outcomes
Oversee platform investments and lifecycle
Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare
What you’ll need
Leadership experience in treasury, financial, or enterprise systems
Strong Treasury and Procurement business acumen
Experience leading complex cross-brand transformation programs
Experience with FIS Quantum, FIS Payment Hub, or comparable platforms
Experience with Ivalua, Conga, Catylex, Legal Tracker, or similar
Demonstrated success managing managers in a matrixed international organization
