About the role

What you’ll do

• Deliver Microsoft 365 endpoint management, workflow automation, and Power Platform solutions
• Work with campus IT and business teams to assess needs
• Implement secure and supportable solutions
• Lead project delivery, training, and knowledge transfer
• Review client Intune, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform configurations to identify risks and gaps
• Gather requirements from non-technical users and turn them into working solutions

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering or consulting experience and 3+ years administering Microsoft Intune in production
• Hands-on Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API experience
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance features
• Demonstrated practical experience using generative AI tools in day-to-day technical work
• Proven ability to assess unfamiliar client environments and turn findings into prioritized recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent; higher education or consulting experience and Microsoft certifications preferred
