About the role
Hadrian is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build scalable, automated solutions for client endpoint deployments, device management, security compliance, telemetry, and operational workflows. This onsite role focuses on self-healing systems, infrastructure as code, and measuring end-user experience through SLOs.
What you’ll do
Build scalable, automated solutions for end-user deployments
Implement device management and security compliance
Develop telemetry and operational workflows
Design self-healing systems and improve endpoint reliability
Apply infrastructure as code to client platform
Measure end-user experience through SLOs
What you’ll need
Strong scripting in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform or equivalents)
Working knowledge of at least one major MDM (Fleet DM, Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE) and its API surface
Practical experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint hardening on macOS and Windows
Must comply with U.S. Government export regulations including ITAR (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations)
Strong computer science fundamentals; experience with self-healing platforms, OT exposure, and SRE culture (SLOs, error budgets, blameless postmortems)
