About the role
Senior Product Manager owning the strategy and roadmap for CARFAX's Sales and Service go-to-market systems, leading cross-functional delivery of Salesforce and related technologies, modernizing legacy systems, and driving automation and KPI-based improvements.
What you’ll do
Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sales and Service GTM systems
Lead cross-functional delivery with vendors and implementation partners
Modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency
Implement automation and AI-enabled workflows
Drive KPI-driven product management and discovery
Influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Technology
What you’ll need
6+ years product management experience with enterprise/internal products
Strong discovery and prioritization skills including structured requirements and stack ranking
Experience leading large cross-functional delivery teams in agile environments
Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
Familiarity with GTM tools for pipeline, forecasting, territory management, and marketing automation such as Marketo
Experience with RevOps in high-volume B2B/SMB and legacy system migration
