VDart is hiring an AI Project Lead to act as the US point of contact for the Market Access Analytics team, owning the AI project lifecycle and coordinating across business, analytics, IT, and vendors.
What you’ll do
Own the CASA side of the AI project lifecycle
Bridge business teams, analytics, IT, and vendors
Ensure AI capabilities reflect market access knowledge and are continuously evaluated
Coordinate timelines and dependencies across teams and vendors
What you’ll need
Market access SME with payer, access, and coverage knowledge
Knowledge of AI and agentic architecture, including agent frameworks and guardrails
Understanding of pharmacy and medical benefits data
Experience taking data products from concept through release and scale
Experience with syndicated and gross-to-net data
Familiarity with enterprise AI assistants such as Claude and with Databricks
