What you’ll do
Own design within a product area
Partner with Product and Engineering to research, prototype, test, implement, and improve experiences
Plan and conduct usability tests to identify user struggles
Turn usability findings into design improvements
Apply existing user research to inform solutions
Use customer feedback and product data to assess solution effectiveness
What you’ll need
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
Portfolio showing design decisions and their impact on users
Experience using UX and AI tools, including code-based prototypes when useful
Ability to weigh user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Experience applying shared design patterns and designing accessible experiences
