About the role
Acosta Group is seeking a Manager to lead Oracle Fusion ERP strategy, modernization, and integration initiatives, including M&A technology support and cross-functional roadmap execution.
What you’ll do
Lead Oracle Fusion strategy, modernization, and integration initiatives
Own the ERP roadmap
Support M&A integration and technology planning
Coordinate cross-functional technology planning and execution
Create and refine integration scenarios, playbooks, and roadmaps
Build trusted partnerships with HR leaders, Technology teams, and senior stakeholders
What you’ll need
5+ years of enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
3+ years at a manager or senior-lead level
Experience leading strategic planning for ERP, workforce systems, or people technology
Proven M&A technology support including ERP due diligence and integration planning
Ability to balance long-term ERP strategy with near-term execution
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field strongly preferred
