About the role

What you’ll do

• Own strategy and delivery of reusable, governed agent building blocks including memory, runtime, reusable agents, and connectors
• Enable engineering teams to build and operate AI agents at enterprise scale
• Lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Evaluate and instrument AI systems to measure quality and performance for agent-driven experiences
• Benchmark reusable components against internal targets and industry benchmarks to set roadmap priorities

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience in AI product management or relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of Agent development life cycle and Spec Driven Development
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI-powered tools to drive productivity
• Experience defining or managing reusable technology assets such as components, templates, connectors, or shared services
• Familiarity with data integration and connector patterns across M365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Databricks
