About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead technical product direction for Zillow's shared agentic AI platform
• Connect core agent platform, data platforms, and experience teams
• Shape platform capabilities for building and launching AI agents across Zillow
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities across product and engineering teams
• Settle scope disputes by redrawing boundaries and run execution beneath key decisions
• Gather the right people across engineering, science, and domain teams to improve decisions

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
• 10+ years in product management including platform or infrastructure products
• Hands-on depth with LLM and agentic systems: orchestration, context engineering, memory and RAG, and eval design
• Track record of driving adoption through influence across organizations with different incentives and roadmaps
• Comfort with ambiguity and contested ownership
• Experience with data mesh or federated data platforms, experimentation and A/B testing on AI features, and consumer or two-sided marketplace products
