What you’ll do
Lead software engineering teams developing connected software, cloud applications, and industrial control systems
Oversee technology roadmaps and cloud-native/connected industrial software development
Drive cybersecurity practices across software engineering
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, reliable solutions for industrial customers
Manage globally distributed engineering teams and large-scale development programs
What you’ll need
10+ years of software engineering experience and 7+ years of engineering management leadership
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native SaaS, and microservices
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, Profinet) and control systems (DCS, SCADA, PLC, edge automation)
Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline
