About the role
Senior SAP FICO consultant to lead end-user training and training development for SAP finance transformation programs, overseeing training workstreams from design to go-live and contributing to change management and user adoption.
What you’ll do
Lead end-user training and training development for SAP finance transformation programs
Own training workstreams from design through go-live and post-go-live support
Contribute to organizational change management and user adoption
Lead workshops, facilitate sessions, and drive alignment across stakeholders
Present training status, adoption risks, and recommendations to senior finance leadership
Manage competing priorities, resolve escalations, and mitigate project risks
What you’ll need
5-7 years of SAP FICO functional experience
Proven track record of leading or supporting training development and delivery
Strong working knowledge of core SAP finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Communications, or related field
Hands-on experience developing and delivering end-user training for SAP finance solutions
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance including Universal Journal and new Asset Accounting
