About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of degree
5+ years of progressive IT management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments
Experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development
Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT
