About the role
This role provides executive, administrative, and operational support to the Head of Commercial Analytics & AI and other analytics leaders, coordinating leadership activities, team operations, and cross-functional initiatives while leveraging digital and AI productivity tools.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
7–10 years of progressive administrative experience supporting VP, Head, or C-suite executives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience supporting multiple senior leaders
Experience in biopharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, technology, or matrixed corporate environments
