ECAM is hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across U.S. operations. This role partners with executive leaders to provide actionable insights and drive finance transformation through automation and analytics.
What you’ll do
Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Drive performance management and reporting across U.S. operations
Partner with business and executive leaders to provide financial insights
Advance finance capabilities through process improvement and automation
Oversee strategic financial analysis and scenario planning
Develop team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
10+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or corporate finance experience
5+ years of leadership experience managing finance teams
Experience with ERP systems, financial planning software, and BI tools
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, Power BI, or Tableau
Strong understanding of labor economics, workforce analytics, and profitability analysis
