3-5 years of related experience
Experience with contact center platforms such as Genesys Cloud and CRM systems such as Oracle RightNow / Oracle Service Cloud
Familiarity with workforce management and contact center reporting tools such as NICE IEX
Experience with state health and human services or Medicaid programs
Skill facilitating JAD sessions and experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, Agile backlog, and CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA certification
