What you’ll need

20 years of experience supporting programs of similar scope
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience leading software development teams
Expert-level proficiency in Java and frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
Experience with AWS, microservices, and CI/CD
