About the role

What you’ll do
Support US luxury retail operations for showrooms, distribution centers, and finance teams
Resolve escalations and configure stores
Address logistics and inventory issues
Improve retail systems and processes with global IT teams
Create business use cases and test cases, and coordinate UAT
Track issues through resolution
What you’ll need
5+ years of SAP ECC experience in luxury retail and logistics
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC IS-Retail and MM, SD, WM, and FI modules
Experience with SAP logistics processes including goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and inventory reconciliation
Experience using RFID technology for inventory management
Experience with Teamwork POS processes, configuration, and training
Experience implementing at least three Teamwork POS and Shopify projects
