About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of Dynamics 365 F&O finance solutions
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to improve financial processes and controls
• Deliver system solutions and troubleshoot complex finance and costing issues
• Support ERP implementations, enhancements, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Provide documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and functional design capabilities
• Support period-close, project accounting, and manufacturing costing process improvements

What you’ll need

• 15+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance, Dynamics AX, or comparable ERP finance solutions
• Strong expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and period-close processes
• Deep construction and project accounting experience including payroll, job costing, WIP, revenue recognition, and project billing
• Strong manufacturing costing expertise including standard and actual costing, BOM and routing costs, production variances, and overhead allocation
• Extensive inventory costing and valuation knowledge including the financial impact of production and inventory transactions
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex accounting and costing issues across multi-company and multi-legal entity environments
