What you’ll do
Own AI-enabled products and workflows that transform enterprise sales processes
Lead products from discovery and solution design through launch and continuous improvement

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for simplification or redesign
Translate findings into clear product requirements and future-state workflows
Track success measures including adoption, user experience, seller efficiency, and business impact
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
10+ years relevant experience
Demonstrated understanding of enterprise selling, seller workflows, and Salesforce
Practical experience applying AI to business processes, including agentic workflows and guardrails
Ability to facilitate discovery with business leaders and end users and define product requirements
Experience defining and tracking success measures for product quality, adoption, and business impact
