About the role
All About Vibe seeks a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the company's growth engine, overseeing paid acquisition, retention, and content teams while scaling a founder-led DTC pillow brand. Strong brand judgment and financial fluency in CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and attribution
Experience with Shopify and modern e-commerce technology
