About the role
OPENLANE is seeking an MLOps Engineer to build and operate automated pipelines that bring machine learning models into reliable, cost-efficient production. The role focuses on model deployment, monitoring, reproducibility, and reducing operational toil using cloud-native and MLOps tooling.
What you’ll do
Build and operate automated ML pipelines and platform components
Move ML models into reliable, cost-efficient production
Design automated ML delivery workflows
Improve model deployment, monitoring, and reproducibility
Reduce operational toil
Ensure models are reproducible, monitored, and serving predictions safely
What you’ll need
3+ years in MLOps, ML engineering, SRE, DevOps, or software engineering
Strong Python and hands-on cloud platform experience, AWS preferred
Experience with workflow orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD
Experience with containers and Kubernetes
Familiarity with model serving frameworks and monitoring tools
Bachelor's degree
