What you’ll do
Operate and maintain backend services for generative and interactive listening experiences

Triage incidents using runbooks, dashboards, and logs
Write and maintain clear documentation
What you’ll need
Senior-level Java backend development
Experience operating distributed, high-volume production systems
Experience scaling systems and removing technical debt
Strong written and verbal communication and prioritization skills
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as PagerDuty, Grafana, and Prometheus/PromQL
