About the role
Credence is hiring an Assistant Program Manager to support U.S. Army Foreign Military Sales for the PM Positioning, Navigation, and Timing program, managing FMS cases end-to-end and coordinating with foreign customers. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and extensive FMS acquisition expertise.
What you’ll do
Manage FMS cases throughout their lifecycle
Coordinate foreign customer inquiries and disclosure matters
Support program planning and readiness for future FMS requests
Develop, analyze, and manage all aspects of Army FMS cases
Ensure compliance with security assistance requirements
What you’ll need
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree and seven years of related experience
Extensive knowledge of DoD Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition policies and processes
Knowledge of the FMS lifecycle including case development, implementation, execution, and closure
Knowledge of Arms Export Control Act, SAMM, and ITAR
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
