About the role

What you’ll do
Administer and extend platforms used by Customer Operations
Configure CRM objects, properties, workflows, permissions, and data quality
Connect platforms using APIs and integration tools
Build practical automations for business processes
Document system configurations and train team members
Translate business requirements into working system configurations
What you’ll need
Experience administering a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce or Dynamics acceptable)
Experience administering a contact center or helpdesk platform across voice, chat, and ticketing
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting data flow
Working familiarity with AI agents and LLM tools, including prompt writing and output quality assessment
Ability to build practical automations using AI tooling and low-code or light scripting
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and prioritization skills
