About the role
OpenLoop seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the roadmap for enterprise business applications, including leading Salesforce implementation and overseeing Amazon Connect, Jira, and JSM. What you’ll do
Own roadmap and product discipline for core enterprise business applications
Lead Salesforce implementation
Oversee platforms including Amazon Connect, Jira, and JSM
Cover integrations, governance, and compliance
Drive AI automation initiatives
Manage vendors and provide cross-functional leadership
What you’ll need
8+ years in IT or enterprise product management including 3+ years at senior/staff level
Hands-on ownership of a CCaaS platform (Amazon Connect strongly preferred)
Led at least one full CRM or service-platform implementation as accountable owner
Advanced Atlassian practitioner with Jira, JSM, and Confluence at organizational scale
Technical fluency: read API documentation, write SQL, understand SAML/SSO/SCIM provisioning
Experience with regulated environments such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or HITRUST
