10+ years leading complex technology programs or portfolios
7+ years managing program managers or delivery teams
Proficiency in program planning, risk, budgets, and governance
Experience in matrixed environments with engineering, product, and finance
Relevant certification (PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, change management)
Experience building a program practice and working in retail/omnichannel
