3+ years of professional business experience
2+ years of Scrum Master or Agile team facilitation experience
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum Framework
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
Experience with Agile metrics, reporting tools, and scaling frameworks
