About the role
MCPS seeks a Technical Business Analyst to develop and support functional and technical processes for business systems, partnering with stakeholders on analysis, requirements, testing, and solution delivery. The role also supports user adoption and improves the effectiveness of system implementations.
What you’ll do
Develop and support functional and technical processes for business systems
Work with stakeholders on business process analysis and requirements
Conduct and document business process mapping
Develop measurements and perform analysis
Test applications for compliance with operational requirements
Support user adoption and delivery of solutions
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree required
At least five years of product support and deployment experience
Knowledge of business, technical, and user processes
Proficient knowledge of change management and digital/technology transformations
Excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills
Experience with digital implementations preferred and K-12 environment desired
