About the role

What you’ll do

• Build web applications that orchestrate simulation frameworks, digital twin validation, and V&V automation workflows for manufacturing verification.
• Develop UE5-based 3D visualization interfaces ingesting real-time factory data from the Unified Namespace.
• Partner with manufacturing engineers and operators to translate production workflows into software requirements.
• Design and implement tooling that verifies manufactured output matches engineering intent, including automated V&V pipelines.
• Architect data pipelines connecting CAD, PLM, factory sensors, and simulation results into unified visualization and validation workflows.
• Deploy and operate production systems in factory environments, including edge compute clusters and OT networks, and join on-call rotation.

What you’ll need

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building production systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in backend web development, modern architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud/edge infrastructure.
• Proficiency with backend web technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar.
• Experience with real-time 3D engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) or advanced 3D visualization frameworks (Three.js, Babylon.js, WebGL).
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• U.S. Person status and eligibility to obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
