About the role
Eltropy is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to help credit unions implement their AI-powered communications platform, including selecting, customizing, integrating, and deploying the SaaS solution.
What you’ll do
Work with credit union customers to select and customize the platform
Integrate and deploy the SaaS digital conversations platform
Demo and deep dive into complex B2B SaaS platform
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Collaborate with team and customers for successful deployment
Travel as required
What you’ll need
Minimum 8 years of Solutions Engineer experience
Technical acumen for complex B2B SaaS demos
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
In-depth knowledge of credit union software and banking systems
In-depth knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS technologies
