About the role

Experience independently leading research and design for complex products
Strong skills in planning and conducting interviews, workflow observation, and usability studies
Deep expertise in information architecture, complex workflows, and detailed interface design
Experience building realistic interactive prototypes using UX, AI, and code-based tools
Experience defining success measures and using research and product data to evaluate results
