Lead assigned projects from pre-sales through execution, shipment, and closeout
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholders
Maintain customer relationships and coordinate on-site field service
Identify after-sales opportunities and process improvements
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and five years of related technical/engineering experience
Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and electronic prints
Knowledge of customer service fundamentals and strong PC skills
Ability to develop spreadsheets and graphs to track project progress
