About the role
WagWay Group is seeking a senior financial analyst to lead FP&A efforts, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis. The role will partner with the CFO, leadership, board members, and private equity stakeholders to build models and deliver performance insights that support business decisions.
What you’ll do
Build and improve financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities
Partner with CFO, leadership, board, and private equity stakeholders
Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support decision-making
Communicate performance insights across the organization
Create dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualizations
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
2+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience
Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills, including scenario and driver-based analysis
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations
Experience with multi-unit bottom-up models and complex company-level planning
Experience with dashboards, BI/AI data tools, and GAAP
