About the role
Medical Mutual is looking for a Senior Business Systems Specialist to lead the development, testing, and implementation of complex operations business systems, coordinate system changes across teams and vendors, and support claims adjudication processes.
What you’ll do
Lead development, testing, and implementation of complex operations business systems and processes
Coordinate system changes with management, vendors, Information Systems, users, and internal/external team members
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
5 years progressive experience as a Business Systems Specialist or equivalent software QA/testing experience
Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies
Comprehensive knowledge of claims adjudication systems, processes, and contract/regulation language
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL tools preferred
