About the role
Senior consulting role implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits, Self Services, and Security for IBM Consulting clients, including integrations, reporting, and production support.
What you’ll do
Implement, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support Oracle HCM Benefits, Self Services, and Security solutions
Work with clients to meet business objectives
Write functional and technical design documents to guide system configuration and testing
Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions into clients' business environments
Conduct regression testing and identify and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementation and production support
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience in Oracle HCM implementation across multiple clients
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Benefits implementation projects
Experience with HDL Conversions, Transformation Fast Formulas, and HSDL Loads
Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and custom payroll flows
Experience with OTBI reporting and understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud release and regression testing processes
