About the role
Verastem Oncology seeks a Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality to lead global regulatory strategy and product quality for its small molecule portfolio, overseeing compliance across the product lifecycle and building high-performing teams. What you’ll do
Lead global regulatory strategy and product quality across the small molecule portfolio
Oversee regulatory activities and quality compliance across development, approval, commercialization, and lifecycle management
Build teams and strengthen global processes
Lead major regulatory submissions and health authority interactions
Provide product quality oversight, review, and trending
Oversee external manufacturing, audits, and inspection readiness
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or relevant field
At least 20 years of progressively responsible experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or related biopharmaceutical functions, including senior leadership
Demonstrated success developing and executing global regulatory strategies across the product lifecycle in the US, EU, Japan, ICH, and other international requirements
Deep knowledge of GxP and GMP principles and product quality oversight for small molecule products
Experience leading major regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, product specification strategies, and post-approval commitments
Proven ability to build, inspire, and retain high-performing, diverse teams
