About the role

What you’ll do
Own the technical pre-sales cycle
Partner with sales and customer teams

What you’ll need
Proficiency in Windows environments (registry, services, performance troubleshooting)
Familiarity with Linux/macOS systems and command-line troubleshooting
Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protections)
Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms and endpoint lifecycle management
