Amazon's Selling Partner Experience team is hiring an App Dev Engineer to design, build, and continuously improve self-service software for third-party sellers. The role focuses on process analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and operational scalability.
What you’ll do
Analyze processes and design software products
Develop, test, and launch self-service software products
Continuously improve software products and workflows
Partner cross-functionally to define requirements

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, related technical field or equivalent experience
Experience in process development, product design, software development, or business process improvement
Working knowledge of data and process modeling
Experience with programming/markup/scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Ruby, SQL, Markdown, HTML, CSS)
Experience with GenAI tools, scrum, and delivering web application products
Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools and evaluating AI-generated outputs
