Bachelor's degree
Six or more years of experience in Agile product management
Three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy and product vision
Three years of experience motivating and influencing teams
Product leadership on conversational AI experiences or agentic workflows
Insurance distribution, producer licensing, or onboarding experience
