About the role
Hippocratic AI is looking for a remote Customer Success Executive to manage post-sale relationships and implementations for health systems in the Central Region, driving adoption, clinical outcomes, and executive engagement.
What you’ll do
Own post-sale relationships and implementations for assigned health systems
Drive adoption and measurable clinical and operational outcomes
Build and maintain executive relationships with C-suite decision-makers
Collect and communicate product feedback through customer partnership
Present outcomes and data compellingly to executive audiences
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
5+ years in health systems customer success, account management, project management, or implementation
Proven track record leading complex implementations in clinical or operational environments
Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite decision-makers
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and regulatory constraints
Project management excellence and technical fluency with system architecture and integrations
